Gateways
Gateway for 1D Data
Extracts tag objects, their attributes and data sets from unstructured (Text, Word or PDF) or tabular (delimited text, Excel, Access) files and databases such as SQL Server and Oracle. These are transformed into CSV or EIWM files to be loaded into AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM).
Gateway for 2D Data
Extracts tag objects, attributes and 2D graphics from AutoCAD 2D .DWG and .DXF files, MicroStation 2D .DGN files and DEXPI .XML files. These are transformed into CSV or EIWM and SVG files to be loaded into AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM).
Gateway for 3D Data
Extracts tag objects, attributes and 3D graphics from AutoCAD 3D .DWG and .DXF files, Navisworks .NWD files, IFC and PCF files. These are transformed into CSV or EIWM and XGL/ZGL files to be loaded into AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM).
Gateway for SmartPlant 3D
Extracts tag objects, attributes and 3D graphics directly from a Smart 3D project. Data can be selected by Smart 3D filters and deltas since the last extraction. These are transformed into CSV or EIWM and XGL/ZGL files to be loaded into AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM).
Gateway for Unified Engineering
Extracts tag objects, attributes and 2D and 3D graphics directly from Unified Engineering applications, namely AVEVA E3D Design, AVEVA Engineering and AVEVA Diagrams. These are transformed into CSV or EIWM and SVG and XGL/ZGL files to be loaded into AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM).
Gateway Data Publisher
The AVEVA Gateway Data Publisher is a back-end process that enables the users of AVEVA Gateways to publish data to AVEVA Asset Information Management through the AVEVA Ingestion Service.
Registers Gateway
Extracts tag objects, their attributes and data sets from various 1D Data sources (spreadsheets, engineering design tools, operational data and document management systems). Validation and classification are done against previously registered data. These are transformed into EIWM files to be loaded into AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM).
