Register for stream updates

Remarks

The supplied webId will register for stream updates. For a 201 or 204 response, the returned location header will contain the url for retrieving the next set of stream updates.

POST streams/{webId}/updates

URL Parameters

• webId

  The ID of the stream. See WebID for more information.

• selectedFields

  List of fields to be returned in the response, separated by semicolons (;). If this parameter is not specified, all available fields will be returned. See Selected Fields for more information.

• webIdType

  Optional parameter. Used to specify the type of WebID. Useful for URL brevity and other special cases. Default is the value of the configuration item "WebIDType". See WebID Type for more information.

Status Codes

200: Successful registration

400: Invalid webId

409: WebId represents a static attribute
