Library management (Libs folder)

Libraries (.libx) are shared by all simulations, so if they need to be updated, the AVEVA Real-Time System (RTS) service should be stopped first.

They can be updated directly in the service account's private libs repository

Stop the RTS service before updating any libraries, to ensure the updates are used when the service is restarted.
