html: Html to load.
baseAddress: Base address. The baseUrl can be used to convert partial path into the full path. For example, the HTML may contain a partial path such as 'img src="logo.gif"'. In that case, the browser engine would not be able to construct the full path of the image unless the baseUrl is provided.
