	Name	The name of a handler.
	TableName	A RealTime database (RTDB) table name that can be managed by this handler.

	Name	Description
	ExportRecord	The method used to export data for a downstream application.
	IsInterestedIn	This method decides if this record number from a RealTime database (RTDB) table should be considered for export. This decision is made at the earliest location in the upstream process to avoid uninteresting records being passed through different stages.
