Request a Service Description

To request a new service description or update an existing service description, please provide the following information to the Release Readiness department:

1. Clarify whether you need:

   1. An update to an existing service description (check the AVEVA website for existing service descriptions), or

   2. A service description for a product that will be available in the cloud for the first time: see Use the service description template.

2. Name of the AVEVA contact requesting the service description.

3. Forecasted release date for the product.

4. Name of SMEs, contributors, or reviewers for the service description.
