Understanding FlexChart

FlexChart App user interface consists of three main sections, and they are:

• Left pane: Select a default chart or dataset.

• Chart configuration: Configure the chart properties and modify the dataset.

• Chart Preview: View the selected chart.

Left Pane

By default, FlexChart App consists of the following charts: Bar Chart, Line Chart, Column Chart, Area Chart, and Stacked Column Chart.

• Select Add icon to create a new chart or new dataset.

• Select Import charts icon to import charts from an external source.

• Select Export chart icon to export an existing chart.

• Select Duplicate icon to duplicate the selected chart.

Chart configuration

The configuration part consists of chart and dataset configuration options.

• Select Edit Title icon to modify the chart type or dataset name.

• Select Delete icon to remove the chart type or dataset.

• Select Save icon to save the configuration for the chart or dataset.

Chart Preview

Based on the chart selected and the configuration applied, the chart is displayed in the preview section.

• Select the required dataset from the dropdown to view the chart that reflects its data values.

• Select Full screen icon to view the chart in full screen.

• Select or Theme icon to switch the preview between dark and light theme.
