Uninstall or repair OCMC

This section describes how to uninstall and repair OCMC.

Uninstall OCMC

To uninstall OCMC:

  1. Select the Uninstall or Change a Program from the Windows Control Panel.

    The list of software installed on your computer appears.

  2. Select OCMC, and then select the Uninstall/Change.

    The Modify, Repair or Remove Installation dialog box appears.

  3. Select Remove, and then select Next.

    The confirmation dialog box appears.

  4. Select Uninstall.

    The component is uninstalled, and the complete uninstallation dialog box appears.

  5. Select Finish.

Uninstall OCMC Silently

You can uninstall OCMC silently through command line mode.

To uninstall OCMC silently:

  1. Open the command prompt (cmd.exe) as Administrator.

  2. Change the working directory to the folder where you downloaded OCMC Setup.exe.

  3. Run one of the following commands, depending on whether or not you want the computer to restart automatically.

    To automatically restart the node when uninstallation is complete, enter the following command:

    "C:\...\CD-OCMCStandalone\Setup.exe" /silentuninstall {97B93792-0281-4FDC-A744-CFFA8985D407}

    Repair OCMC

    To repair OCMC:

    1. Select the Uninstall or Change a Program from the Windows Control Panel.

      The list of software installed on your computer appears.

    2. Select OCMC, and then select the Uninstall/Change.

      The Modify Repair or Remove Installation dialog box appears.

    3. Select Repair, and then select Next.

      The Confirm Repair dialog box appears.

    4. Select Repair.

      The complete repair dialog box appears.

    5. Select Finish.
