Edit user account

Edit a user's first name, last name, and email. A user's email address can be changed to a preferred contact method that does not match the Identity Provider selected for your account (a valid Microsoft account); however, the user must still use the Identity Provider selected for the account when logging into the PI Cloud Services portal.

Perform the following steps to edit a user account.

Procedure

1. Click User Accounts in the left navigation menu.

2. Select a user in the grid.

3. Click Edit User at the top of the page.

4. Modify the name or email, or select to disable the user account.

5. Click the checkmark button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
