DefaultByteDecimalMSB3 Class

An implementation of the OASySDNA.RealTime.ExecutionPipelines.KrunchDataStream.ConverterFramework.IKrunchDataTypeConverter class. This class performs a Byte Decimal conversion OASySDNA.RealTime.KrunchDataTypeConverters.Helper.ByteDecimal of the byte-ordered data retrieved from the remote. The Most Signification Byte (MSB) factor is 1000. The Least Signification Byte (LSB) factor is 1. Sets the InstrumentFailFlag in the KrunchContext to HILOW_INS_HIGH if it cannot convert the value.
