Sign in to the AVEVA Documentation Portal

The AVEVA User Documentation Portal leverages the AVEVA Knowledge and Support Center single sign-on functionality, providing a seamless login experience. If you are an AVEVA customer and have not yet registered, please visit https://softwaresupport.aveva.com/ to create an account. Your registration will be approved by an AVEVA administrator, granting you access to additional features.
Sign in to portal

Select Sign in on the top right-hand corner of your browser.

When prompted, sign in with your AVEVA account or OSIsoft account. Registration for AVEVA customers is new, so if you haven't been signing in with an OSIsoft account, select AVEVA account.

If you do not have an AVEVA or OSIsoft account, first register an account and then log in. Registration approval may take a day or two.

We're excited to announce a new update to the AVEVA Documentation Portal that enhances your experience.
Now, you can log in using your AVEVA support credentials to unlock exclusive features.
The portal leverages AVEVA's Knowledge and Support Center single sign-on for a seamless login experience.
AVEVA customers who haven't logged in before must first register an account at https://softwaresupport.aveva.com.
It may take a few days to validate and approve a new account.
After your account is approved, you can log in and take advantage of these advanced features.
To log in, select "Sign in" at the top right of your browser.
When prompted, sign in with either your AVEVA or OSIsoft account.
Please note, if you've used an OSIsoft account previously, you can continue for the time being.
The OSIsoft authentication is set to be deprecated in the near future.
AVEVA customers who haven't logged in before should select AVEVA account.
You're now logged in and can begin to use the new features available to you.
Save and share the topics that are most important to you and keep essential information accessible to your team.
You can now generate unique PDFs of specific topics, sections, or entire books tailored to your specific needs.
Gain access to exclusive documentation sets for certain industry products available only to AVEVA customers.

Signing in enhances your experience on the AVEVA Documentation Portal with access to these features:

Save and Share Topics: Easily save your favorite topics and share them with your team.

Create Unique PDFs: Generate custom PDFs of topics, sections, or entire books tailored to your needs.

Access Exclusive Documentation: View certain industry product documentation sets that are available only to AVEVA customers.
Video Tutorial - Create a PDF on the portal
In this video, you'll learn how to generate a PDF file from your product's online help system on the AVEVA Documentation Portal.
You might want to use this feature to:Pass the help document to someone in your organization who doesn't have Internet access.
Mark up a PDF with comments for internal use. Review the content somewhere without reliable Internet, such as on an airplane.
To build your PDF, open the product help file on the AVEVA Documentation Portal.
Select the Save PDF button, and then select Save all topics.
The PDF is generated in the background. When it's ready, your browser alerts you. Select the Open button for that PDF in the Downloads list.
And then you can start reading your new PDF.If you want to generate a PDF of only the topic you're currently reading,then use Save selected topic.
Or, generate a larger PDF by using Save selected topic and subtopics.
