Complete configuration in CONNECT

Sign in to AIM through CONNECT

1. In the Configurator utility, go to Common Platform, and then select Federated Identity Provider.

2. Under Identity Provider, select CONNECT.

   

3. Select Configure.

4. If prompted, select the CONNECT account name that you want to federate with.

5. In the CONNECT sign-in window, enter your CONNECT user credentials (email and password).

6. Select Next to complete the authentication process.

   On successful configuration,the Configuration completed message is displayed in Configuration Messages area.

   Note: You must have administrator credentials to sign in to CONNECT. 

7. Enter the email address that is registered with the CONNECT account to sign-in to AIM.

8. After the registration process is complete, the CONNECT account name is displayed in brackets next to CONNECT in the Identity Provider field.

   

   Note: When configuring an SMS and an RSSO, ensure the configuration of the Federated Identity Provider plugins have the same configuration in both nodes. The configuration includes the Identity Provider, the account, and the state of the Connected Experience checkbox. Ensure the connected experience settings on the License Mode plugin is same as the SMS settings. For more information, see License Mode.
