Troubleshooting

To identify solutions when a PI SQL Client does not connect or does not receive data, OSIsoft recommends you troubleshoot each component in the order they are used as described here:

• PI SQL DAS

  Run PI SQL DAS interactively to verify the functionality.

• PI SQL Client

  Start with the installation on the same computer as PI SQL DAS.
