Download Read-Only and Read-Write interfaces

OSIsoft interfaces, including Read-Only and Read-Write versions, are downloaded from the OSIsoft Customer Portal.

1. Log in to the MyOSIsoft Customer Portal.

2. Click on Products in the Customer Portal Home page.

   

3. Enter the name of the interface you want to download in the search bar and select All sites from the drop-down menu options.

   In this example, the search is for PI Interface for OPC HDA.

   

   Note: If you are uncertain of the exact name of the interface you are looking for, you can search "interface" to bring up a list of OSIsoft interfaces. Click the link for the name of the interface you are interested in downloading to bring up a download page such as that shown above.

4. Click the download icon, shown in the red box in the graphic above, to display the available install kits for that interface.

   

   As this example shows, there are Read-Only and Read-Write install kits available for PI Interface for OPC HDA.

5. Click Download to download the interface kit you want to install on your machine.
