Determines if the RealTime database (RTDB) is truly connected or not.

Syntax

public new static bool IsOpen()
public:
new static bool IsOpen();

Return Value

true if database is connected. Otherwise false.

Remarks

If v_open() is called from another function, IsOpen will return false unless Open method has been previously called.
