RealTime database (RTDB) class

The RealTimeDatabase class is responsible for connecting/disconnecting an application with the RealTime database (RTDB).

The application must have an open connection with the RTDB before accessing/manipulating data. Important functions are Open(), Close(), and IsOpen().
