Add or modify an assignment rule for a storage partition (shard).
Syntax
aaAddStorageShardAssignmentRule Name, Priority, TagFilter, ShardId, Enabled

Specifies whether the rule is enabled. |
Permission
Execute permission defaults to the aaAdministrators group.
