Note: For OMI Web, download and install the AIG Chrome extension from Google Chrome Extensions prior to the launch of OMI Web for PRISIM (Predictive Analytics) and OSI PI (PI Vision).
For OMI Web, allow pop-ups in the Chrome browser. To do so, follow the steps:

Navigate to Settings>Privacy and security>Site settings>Pop-ups and redirects.

Under Default behavior, enable Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.

Under Customized Behaviors>Allowed to Send pop-ups and use redirects, select Add and add the below URL:
