Enable Single Sign-On

Single Sign-on (SSO) allows you to connect to multiple systems with a single successful authentication.

To enable Single Sign-On:

1. Open Internet Explorer on the system where you have installed System Platform.

2. Open Internet Options.

3. Go to Security tab and then select Trusted sites.

   

4. Select Sites.

   The Trusted sites dialog box appears.

   

5. Add the following URL of the website:

   • https://<PIVISIONSERVER>/PIVision/#/

   • https://predictiveanalyticsvm.uksouth.cloudapp.azure.com

6. Clear the check box and then select Close.

7. Select Custom level.

   The Security Settings - Trusted Site Zones dialog box appears.

   

8. Scroll down to User Authentication.

9. Select Automatic logon with current user name and password.

10. Select OK.

    Single Sign-on is successfully enabled.

    Note: In order to access PI Vision dashboards on OMI Web, you have to use the Web_Browser widget and add the PI Vision dashboard URL to see content on OMI Web. Refer to the sample configuration at UOCMidStream_PIVision_WebSym Graphic.
