How the last_edit_at Field is Filtered

In general, filtering by the LastEditAt parameter retrieves all records with a datetime that is greater than or equal to (>=) the value specified except in the following methods, where the filter retrieves a record with a datetime that is exactly equal (=) to the value specified:
