Additional BACnet advanced diagnostics

Connection information

PI Connector for BACnet provides the following advanced diagnostics for the connection information of devices:

• Total Discovered Devices

  The total number of devices discovered for this data source.

• Discovered Filtered Devices

  The number of discovered devices that are on the filtered measurement list. If no filtering file is provided, this value is the same as Total Discovered Devices.

• Connected Devices

  The number of devices that are collecting data from at least one BACnet object.

• Devices In Error

The number of devices that have not received any data update for three scan intervals.

• New Discovered Devices

  The difference in the number of total discovered devices between the current and the last device discovery. A negative value indicates fewer devices being discovered during current discovery.

• Last Config Change

  The timestamp of the last data source configuration change.

• Last Who Is

  The timestamp of the last WhoIs request sent for device discovery.

• Last Poll

  The timestamp of the last ReadProperty/ReadPropertyMultiple request sent for data collection. Updated at the polling rate.

• Last Value Update

The timestamp of the last ReadProperty/ReadPropertyMultiple/ConfirmedCOVNotification received for data collection. Updated each time new data is received.
