Software requirements

The connector is designed to run on the following Microsoft Windows operating systems:

• Windows 10

• Windows Server 2019

• Windows Server 2016

• Windows Server 2012 R2

  Note: The latest service packs and updates to the operating system are recommended.

• Web browser

  HTML5-compliant web browser for access to the PI Connector Administration site. The following browser is supported (in desktop mode only):

  1. Google Chrome version 80 or later

Connectors also require the following versions of related software, which can be installed on other hosts:

• PI System

  • Data Archive 2018 SP3 Patch 1 or later

  • PI AF server 2018 Patch 2 or later
