Deployment options

PI OLEDB Enterprise is deployed as a PI AF Client. It can run on the same computer as PI AF server or on a different computer. We recommend that you install it on the machine that includes the OLE DB consumer application. For example, install PI OLEDB Enterprise on the Microsoft SQL Server computer if it is called as a linked server.
