TagType

For an attribute associated with a PI point, get a point's point type from the point database.

Syntax

TagType(attname)

Arguments

attname

• The name of an attribute with a PI point data reference, enclosed in single quotes

Returns

Point type

Exceptions

If the point does not exist, returns an error

  [Returns Float32]
