PI mappings are introduced in Data Archive 3.4.380. A mapping creates an association between an entity on Windows (such as an AD group) with an entity on the Data Archive server (for example, a PI identity).

To view or edit the mappings for a particular PI identity, PI user, or PI group, use the Manage identities, users, and groups tool.
