Install PI Web API

PI Web API enables you to retrieve and manipulate time-series data from the Data Archive, and asset and event frame data from the PI AF server. PI Web API is available for installation through the standalone PI Web API install kit.

Note: Catalog files are separate downloadable files, and are used for application verification. If you use allowlisting, install the catalog files associated with your AVEVA products to ensure that those products function as intended. Windows catalog files that have been digitally signed by AVEVA can be used as a digital signature for 3rd party and other unsigned components installed by AVEVA setup kits. This facilitates a trusted way to verify these components and may be used for allowlisting purposes. Silent installation

Optionally, you can install or upgrade PI Web API through the command line. For more information, see PI Web API silent installation.
