Uninstall PCS PI Data provider

To uninstall or modify PCS PI Data provider:

1. Navigate to the app list in your system and locate PCS PI Data provider.

2. Select Uninstall. Modify, Repair, or Remove installation dialog appears.

3. Select one option from the dialog based on your requirement.

   • Modify: Allows you to install other components (PCS Browser and PCS Navigation App).

   • Repair: Repairs if there any corruption with the components.

   • Remove: Completely uninstall all the components that were installed as part of PCS PI Data provider.

4. Select Next.

5. If you encounter the below scenario while uninstalling PCS PI Data provider,

   

   1. Un-deploy all the Galaxy services related to PCS PI Data Provider.

   2. Stop Windows services related to PCS PI Data Provider from the machines.

   3. Select Try Again after stopping Galaxy and Windows services.

6. Select Next.

7. After the procedure is completed, select Finish.
