The Home page displays an overview of the name allocation manager functionality.

Import

Displays the Open window to import Naming rules, Types, Rulesets, Scopes, Name contexts and Sequence reservations, in a zip file with a valid configuration.

The data can restore a previous state, migrate configurations from other users or communities, share setups between folders. for more information, see Open window for Import.

Export

Exports .json files compressed in a zip file for backup, restoration or migration purpose.

The .json files have the following configurations in order,

• Naming Rules

• Types

• Rulesets

• Scopes

• Name contexts

• Sequence reservations

Select Export to generate the zip file for download to your Download folder:

C:\Users\user.name\Downloads

Save the file as backup or share it with other users or communities.

Search

Naming Rules

Displays the number of already defined naming rules.

If you select the Naming rules tile, you display the Naming Rules page.

Rulesets

Displays the number of already defined rulesets.

If you select the Rulesets tile, you display the Rule sets page.
