Default attribute

Each element defined in Table 1 of the file is automatically added with a default element attribute of Device ID. The Device ID attribute is a static attribute, and its value is the unique identifier of the CNC machine.

Note: The Device ID must be unique within a single Data Archive. The Device ID must be unique within a PI AF database. The Device ID will be the root element name of the AF structure. Each CNC machine should have its own AF structure in a single PI AF database.
