The X.509-type client and server certificates are exchanged and verified and the connection to the referenced OPC UA server established. The binary TCP/IP protocol on the specified host and port is used. The endpoint can have for instance the following syntax:

opc.tcp://OPCServerHost:Port/OpcUa/SimulationServer
