Run apisnap

This option runs apisnap.exe in a command window. If an interface is selected, apisnap will run pointing to the PI Server that interface writes to. If an interface is not selected, apisnap runs pointing to the default PI Server. This option is disabled if apisnap.exe is not found on the machine.
