If the status of a point is I/O Timeout, check the following.

Is the SNMP agent on the network device is responding? Run Getif to check the response of the SNMP agent on the network device.

Is the community string (CS) or SNMPv3 username and password correct? Community strings and passwords often are case-sensitive. To check the validity of a community string or password, use the Getif program.

Is the SNMP agent on the network device not responding quickly enough? Try increasing the timeout setting using PI ICU.
