Populate tables manually

Once you have completed table column definitions, enter row data for each column.

  1. Click the Table tab. Based on the table columns that you created in the Define Table tab, enter the appropriate information in rows for each column.

  2. Choose from the following actions:

    Do this ...

    Enter a new row

    Right-click in the table grid and click Insert or New.

    Copy and paste rows from an Excel spreadsheet

    1. In the spreadsheet, copy the rows you want.

    2. In the table grid, right-click a new row or a range of rows and click Paste.

    Replace data for specific cells

    1. Use standard Windows selection keystrokes (such as SHIFT+<click> and CTRL+<click>) to select contiguous and non-contiguous cells in the table, as described in Select multiple objects in the viewer.

    2. Right-click and click Clear Cell(s).

    3. Enter new data in the cleared cells.

    Remove a row

    Right-click the row you want to remove and click Delete.

  3. To save your work, press CTRL+S or click Check In.
