Uninstall Web Client

Perform these tasks before you uninstall the application to avoid any issues that may come up when you reinstall on the same computer:

  1. Stop all microservices and exit from the Web Client service manager.

  2. Verify that the Web Client service manager is no longer running in the background.

  3. If you need some Web Client-related files, back up the installation folder (<Drive>:\Program Files\AVEVA\AVEVA Production Management Web Client).

After the uninstallation process, there could be instances where some microservices and Web Client-related files are retained. To ensure that all of them are fully removed from the system:

  1. Go to the Services window and verify that none of the microservices still exist. If there's any (for example, a service with disabled startup type), restart the computer before reinstalling the application.

  2. Delete the entire installation folder.

    To uninstall the Web Client

    • Go to the Control Panel > Programs and Features window, search for AVEVA Production Management Web Client 2025 and uninstall.
