Registers a Business Logic Tier (BLT) component by name.

Syntax

   string name,
   string host,
   string roles
)

)

Parameters

name
The Business Logic Tier (BLT) name.
host
The BLThost name.
roles
The permissions required to execute the Business Logic Tier (BLT).
