UnpackData(PubSubBuffer,InternalTime,Byte,Byte,String,Boolean,Boolean,Boolean,Boolean,Boolean,Boolean,Boolean,String,Int32,Int32,ArrayList,String) Unpacks several RealTime database (RTDB) fields from one PubSub buffer with the current flag Bmsg and Cmsg slots.
