Checks whether the next item's data type is a UNICODE Char.

Syntax

public bool NextItemIsUnicodeChar()
public:
bool NextItemIsUnicodeChar();

Return Value

true if the next item is a multibyte char or sbyte. Otherwise, false.

Remarks

PubSub supports casting multibyte chars to Unicode chars.
