Writes a System.String to the buffer depending on the boolean input.

   string val,
   bool bIsUnicode
)

public:
void Write( 
   String^ val,
   bool bIsUnicode
)

val: The System.String data to write into the buffer. Null input strings will be converted to an empty string.
bIsUnicode: Indicates whether the string value is unicode. When false, the string value is a single byte string.
