Symbol Wizard integration in web ViewApps

As of the System Platform 2023 release, Symbol Wizard support has been improved in web graphics that appear in OMI web ViewApps. In the case of SAL graphics, Wizard Options are supported to provide different configurations of the same graphic.

The following examples show two SAL graphics with the Orientation Wizard Option set to left and top.

Symbol Wizard graphics are rendered correctly in the layout pane and the pane boundaries have been calculated correctly.
