Check configurations

In the data source configuration, verify that the configured Endpoint URL and, the credentials are correct.

Verify that the Data source server trusts the AVEVA agent's certificate and vice versa. Steps to trust the SSL certificate of data source node on the node where AVEVA Events to CONNECT is installed,

• Export certificate (.cer/.pfx) from data source node.

• Copy the exported certificate from data source node to agent node.

• Import the certificate to “Trusted Root Certification Authorities” folder on the agent node.

  Note: Use Certificates console (mmc.exe -> certificates snap-in -> computer account) to import/export certificates

In the Data selection configuration, verify that each configured data selection item below is correct.

• ResourceId - Verify that the referenced ResourceId exists on the server.

• QueryId - Verify that the referenced QueryId exists on the server.

In the egress endpoints configuration, verify that each configured endpoint's Endpoint property and credentials are correct.

• For a CONNECT data services endpoint, verify ClientId and ClientSecret.
