Check the agent and endpoint logs to isolate issues.

(Optional) Change the log level of the agent to receive additional information and context. For more information, see Logging.

If agent starts skipping or missing data collection scans due to an unknown issue, consider restarting the "AVEVA Events to CONNECT" service.

If the agent has skipped or missed scans then on-demand history recovery needs to be completed for the time interval during which events data was not retrieved.
