Welcome to AVEVA™ Gateway Data Publisher

AVEVA™ Gateway Data Publisher is a back-end process tool that enables the users of AVEVA™ Gateways to publish data to AVEVA™ Asset Information Management through AVEVA™ Ingestion Service. In order to do this, AVEVA™ Gateway Data Publisher watches a pre-configured staging area to which an AVEVA Gateways user publishes the data, picks the modified contents of the folder and publishes them to AVEVA™ Asset Information Management through AVEVA™ Ingestion Service.

AVEVA™ Gateway Data Publisher is capable of the following:

• Configure an instance of the gateway data publisher for the required AVEVA Gateway.

• Configure the instance according to your requirements.

• Add an access token for each instance.

• Specify the file extensions that need to be published.

• Specify mappings for creating metadata.

• Create metadata using the mappings specified in XLS, XLXS, and CSV files.
