To use the AVEVA OMI SDK, you must have the following software, operating system, and framework components installed on your development system:

  • Visual Studio 2022 or higher.
  • .NET Framework 4.8 or higher. You may have to download the .NET 4.8 developer pack if it is not included in your version of Visual Studio.
  • System Platform IDE version 2026.
  • An operating system supported by System Platform 2026. See the AVEVA Customer Support Technology Matrix for additional information.
