Create a project definition

A new project definition includes the following prerequisites:

A system suite
To define a new project

On the Projects page, click
.

Follow the on-screen instructions to define details for your project, including:

Project Information
Name your project and then select a system suite to use with this project.

Node Configuration
Set the size of the virtual machine node needed for each application within the system suite.
To create additional nodes for each application, click Add Another Node.
If the node’s role supports multiple NICs, then select Enable Multiple NICs while adding the node.

Launch Parameters
Set the content repository and runtime options for each application in the project's system suite. Options set here do not apply to other projects that use the same system suite.
Note: {Model Repo} lists the content repository location for this project.

Automatic Shutdown
Set the maximum amount of time for sessions that use this project. When this time elapses, sessions close automatically.
This feature helps prevent losing credit hours to unattended sessions and excessive use.

On the final page of the wizard, review all settings and then click Create Project.
