Learn about advanced diagnostics

The Advanced Diagnostics tab contains a list of reports that provide detailed information on the connector. Most reports contain diagnostic information used by AVEVA Tech Support.

Buffer Disk Usage

The Buffer Disk Usage report contains the following information about data that has been collected but not yet sent to the target destination.

• Name

  The name of the buffer disk.

• CurrentDiskUsage

  The amount of disk space currently used by a buffer file. The connector allocates buffer files on startup and when it needs additional buffers. The size of the buffer file is not an indication of the amount of buffered data.

• MaxDiskUsage

  The maximum amount of disk space for buffers.

• PercentDiskUsed

  The percentage of total disk space being used.
