The Advanced Diagnostics tab contains a list of reports that provide detailed information on the connector.

Data Collection Status

The Data Collection Status report contains the following information about data that has been collected.

  • DataSourceName

    The name of the data source from which data are collected.

  • MostRecentPointLastUpdateTime

    The date and time at which the most recent Wonderware tag was last updated.

  • OldestPointLastUpdateTime

    The date and time at which the oldest Wonderware tag was last updated.

  • TotalTier1SFPoints

    The total number of Wonderware tags in Tier-1 store-forward.

  • TotalTier1SFGroups

    The total number of Wonderware tag groups in Tier-1 store-forward.

  • TotalTier2SFPoints

    The total number of Wonderware tags in Tier-2 store-forward.

  • TotalTier2SFGroups

    The total number of Wonderware tag groups in Tier-2 store-forward.

  • TotalPointsInUpdateQueue

    The total number of Wonderware tags that are in the update queue.

  • TotalGroupsInUpdateQueue

    The total number of Wonderware tag groups that are in the update queue.

  • TotalDataQueries

    The total number of data queries.

  • QueryTimeSeconds

    The query time in seconds.

  • EventsReadPerSec

    The number of events read per second.

  • EventsSentPerSec

    The number of events sent per second.

  • LastUpdated

    The date and time when this report was last updated.

Buffer Disk Usage

The following reports contain diagnostic information used by OSIsoft Tech Support only:

The Buffer Disk Usage report contains the following information about data that has been collected but not yet sent to the target destination.

  • Name

    The name of the buffer disk.

  • CurrentDiskUsage

    The amount of disk space currently used by a buffer file. The connector allocates buffer files on startup and when it needs additional buffers. The size of the buffer file is not an indication of the amount of buffered data.

  • MaxDiskUsage

    The maximum amount of disk space for buffers.

  • PercentDiskUsed

    The percentage of total disk space being used.
