Tier-2 Historian replication server support

Wonderware Historian Tier-2 replication server can have replicated tags from different Tier-1 Historians. Because the Tier-2 replication server supports multiple Tier-1 Historians, the Galaxy namespace is not valid. The connector examines the replication tables to determine whether the Historian is a Tier-1 or Tier-2 solution. If the connector determines that the table is a Tier-2 solution, the connector uses a flat model. The following example shows a PI AF model with a Tier-2 level and all associated tags.
