Generic TCP server

The interface measures generic TCP server response times for points with Location2 set to 5. TCPResponse connects to the user-specified port by using PORT= in the InstrumentTag of the specified machine, for example, a machine specified using "DEVICE=machine.somecompany.com PORT=someportnumber" in the PI point's InstrumentTag. The interface then waits for the server to accept the connection.
The response time measured by the interface is the amount of time required for the connection to be established. If the connection is rejected, the interface writes the value Bad Input.
