View PI to CONNECT Agent logs in the Windows Event Viewer

To view information about account related activity for on-premises components, you can also view PI to CONNECT Agent logs in the Windows Event Viewer.

To view the PI to CONNECT Agent logs:

  1. Right-click the Windows Start button, then select Event Viewer.

  2. In the Event Viewer window, select the Applications and Services Logs option in the left pane.

    A list of logs by service type is revealed.

  3. In the left pane under Applications and Services Logs, select PI to CONNECT.

  4. In the PI to CONNECT pane, scroll through and select an event to display event details.
