The Web Client History tab in Shift Log converts double data type values to datetime

The Shift Log service incorrectly converts double data type values to datetime format, resulting in inaccurate display of decimal values. To fix this issue, the implementation now preserves double values and no longer converts them to datetime.

The Web Client reporting point filter checkboxes do not work after clearing the filters

Clearing all filters in the Web Client prevented reporting point checkboxes from being selected. To resolve the issue, the filter control is fixed, and the checkboxes now work as expected.
